In his corporate/business practice, Leigh represents and counsels many private companies engaged in a broad range of businesses, including manufacturing and distribution companies, entertainment companies, internet based businesses, real estate development and investment companies, financial institutions, restaurant operators, and biotechnology companies. Leigh also has substantial experience in real estate transactions.
